Jennifer Ferrer
LMHC
With over 20 years of experience as a licensed therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate emotional and psychological challenges with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care. I have been intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as DBT-Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE) for the treatment of trauma. These approaches allow me to support clients in developing emotion regulation skills, managing distress, improving relationships, and addressing trauma in a structured, effective way.
I work collaboratively with clients in a safe, supportive environment that fosters growth, resilience, and meaningful change. Whether you're struggling with emotion dysregulation, trauma, or relationship issues, my goal is to provide practical tools and deep support tailored to your unique needs.

Hannah Keith
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
My primary goal is to create a nonjudgmental, authentic, and safe environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach is grounded in compassion, viewing therapy not as “fixing” but as a collaborative process of deepening self-understanding and discovering new strategies that foster resilience, self-compassion, and lasting change.
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These modalities offer practical tools for emotion regulation, healing, and values-based living. I tailor this therapeutic process to your unique needs, working together to build a life that feels meaningful and aligned with who you are.

Sherry Kirsche
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. I have a strong foundation in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My path to this profession is built on a deep history of service, which includes a career in the U.S. Navy, years as a substitute teacher, extensive volunteering with my church and community, and time as a crisis counselor with The Trevor Project.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate, walking alongside clients as a coach to help them reduce conflict, improve emotional regulation, and build a life worth living. I work with individuals, parents, and families, and have specialized training in DBT. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where my clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

Luciana Nunez
Graduate Level Clinician
I am a graduate-level clinician in my second year of a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Florida, with experience across diverse hospital and private practice settings. I am passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate major life transitions, from starting college to entering adulthood. Collaboratively, we can explore challenges like anxiety and negative self-talk, grounded in the belief that every person has the power to create a life worth living.
My approach is rooted in empathy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. I incorporate awareness of the body and emotions to help clients reconnect with themselves and move forward with intention and inner peace. I am dedicated to providing thoughtful, affirming care to every client.
